Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Any available shipping discounts will also be shown at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Belgium: 2–4 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Duties & Taxes

For orders within the EU, duties and taxes are included in the price.
For orders outside the EU, additional customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we aim to deliver your order on time, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing).

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
